GN-5ZD-150 roll-to-roll extrusion experimental coating machine adopts extrusion + blade coating method. The equipment is mainly composed of extrusion die, coating platform, feeding system, friction disc unwinding, motor winding, etc. It is mainly used in
 laboratory research and development. 
This equipment is mainly used for the surface coating of sheet substrates in the fields of lithium OLED, solar photovoltaic film and polymer conductive film, etc.

 1. Adopt slot die + doctor blade coating process, high coating precision and good consistency; 
2. Syringe pump feeding, the feeding system is closed, no external interference, less paint demand and waste; 
3. Circulating hot air drying and heating, digital display temperature control, the maximum working temperature is 130 ℃; 
4. The coating speed can be adjusted in the range of 0~10mm/s;
 5. Extrusion coating thickness accuracy ±2um; 
6. Automatic winding and unwinding; 
7. The coating mold and feeding system are easy to disassemble and clean;
